Welcome to Skin Social Club. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, essence.com (the "Site"), and the purchase and use of our products. By accessing the Site or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, skinsocial.club (the "Site"), your membership subscription, and the purchase and use of our treatments and products. By accessing the Site, becoming a Member, or booking a treatment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Account Registration 2.1 Account Creation. To purchase a membership or book an appointment, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. 2.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process (including accurate medical history) and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3. Memberships, Payments, and Cancellations 3.1 Membership Tiers. Skin Social Club offers various membership tiers (Essentials, Signature, All Access). Specific inclusions for each tier are detailed on our Site at the time of purchase. 3.2 Minimum Commitment Period. All monthly memberships are subject to a strict 3-month minimum commitment ("Initial Term"). By signing up, you agree to pay the monthly fee for a minimum of three (3) months. You cannot cancel your membership before three monthly payments have been successfully processed. 3.3 Rolling Contract. After the Initial Term, your membership will automatically convert to a rolling monthly contract. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. 3.4 Cancellation. To cancel your membership after the Initial Term, you must provide 14 days' notice prior to your next billing date. You may cancel by contacting us at support@skinsocial.club or through your account settings. 3.5 Unused Credits. If you cancel your membership, any accrued treatment credits must be used prior to your final termination date. Unused credits are non-refundable and will be forfeited upon the closure of your account. 3.6 Pausing Membership ("Sun-Safe Policy"). You may pause your membership for up to 3 months within any 12-month period for medical reasons, pregnancy, or active sun exposure (tanning). During a pause, you will not be charged, and your existing credits will remain active.

4. Appointments and Treatments 4.1 Patch Tests. A consultation and patch test are mandatory at least 48 hours prior to your first laser treatment. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if a patch test has not been successfully completed or if we deem the treatment unsafe for you. 4.2 Late Cancellations & No-Shows. We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide this notice ("Late Cancellation") or failure to attend ("No-Show") will result in the forfeiture of the session credit or a fee equal to 50% of the single treatment price. 4.3 Late Arrivals. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your treatment time or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other clients.

5. Medical & Safety Disclaimers 5.1 Medical Disclosure. You agree to disclose all relevant medical information, including medications, pregnancy, and recent sun exposure. Skin Social Club is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from your failure to disclose accurate health information. 5.2 Sun Exposure. Laser hair removal cannot be performed on actively tanned skin (including fake tan). It is your responsibility to manage your sun exposure prior to appointments. If you arrive with a tan, we will be unable to treat you, and this may be treated as a Late Cancellation. 5.3 Results. While clinical studies show high efficacy, results vary by individual. Skin Social Club does not guarantee 100% hair removal for every client.

6. Products and Retail 6.1 Product Descriptions. We strive to accurately describe our retail skincare products. However, we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free. 6.2 Allergies. Before using any retail product purchased from us, we recommend testing on a small area of skin. We are not responsible for individual allergic reactions to third-party products (e.g., AlumierMD, Obagi).

7. Intellectual Property 7.1 Ownership. All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and brand assets, is the property of Skin Social Club and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws. 7.2 Limited License. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and make personal use of the Site. You may not use our content for commercial purposes without express written consent.

8. Liability 8.1 Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skin Social Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the Site or our products. 8.2 Statutory Rights. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

9. Dispute Resolution 9.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. 9.2 Jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site or our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
